Dougie Broon wis a turner tae trade

A’ve nae idea whit stuff he’s made

But here at the SHED he’s a maker o’ pens

An’ he has a followin’ like an’ auld mother hen!

His skills are diverse and are buildin’ still

Cos’ he fills the cupboard wi’ goodies at will

An’ don’t put that doon as a menial task

If that cupboards’ naw full then we jist widnae last

In oor chats and discussions o’er a wee cup o’ tea

So, keep up that job Dougie an’ fill us wi’ glee!
